During Design
- Preparation of Cost Estimates at design milestones from Concept Design to completed Working Drawings
- Cost checking of design decisions to ensure that project budget is maintained
- Input into Value Engineering/Management
- Preparation of Cashflow Projections throughout the project
- Active participation in design and project-control meetings
During Construction
- Review monthly progress claims from contractors
- Review, and negotiate, contract variation claims from contractors
- Regular real-time financial reporting
- Active participation in site and project-control meetings
- Financial close-out of project, including resolution of final account
